The real struggle between Republicans and the Socialist agenda will be seen in President Biden's ability to get through some of his judicial nominees. This would require the strength and professionalism of someone like Senator Diane Feinstein, but really the Senator of old not the current one.
As was seen in the televised events of the Supreme Court confirmation hearings for Brett Cavanuagh, the Senator appeared NOT to be of sound mind and body, with even her party's supporters skeptical of her abilities to maintain her seat.
So it should come as no surprise that when the Senator has been hospitalized with the "Shingles" that a request has come up from the Dems to replace Feinstein "temporarily" on the Senate Judiciary Committee. To that, the GOP has said "NYET"
