"Preserving the Inheritors: Legal Recognition of Cultural Erasure and the Right to Civilizational Self-Defense" for the people of Ireland and Europe

In Tarot, The Tower card signifies sudden and dramatic change, upheaval, and potential destruction. It often represents the collapse of a flawed structure or belief system, forcing a shift in perspective and the opportunity to rebuild. The card can also symbolize unexpected events, revelations, or awakenings that lead to a cleansing and freeing effect.

“In the name of God and of the dead generations from which she receives her old tradition of nationhood, Ireland, through us, summons her children to her flag and strikes for her freedom.” Opening line of the Proclamation of the Irish Republic, 1916

Surprisingly, we haven't really talked that much about the situation in Ireland. The situation of course is the coarse assault against the Irish people and their culture in their own land and by..... not a foreign foe like the British, but by so-called "Governmental bodies" that are operating at a pace that would make the attendees at a Wannsea Conference stand up and talk note. Genocide is a much used and now lamented word as it's misuse and overuse has made it toothless and bland. the Campbell's tomato soup of descriptors and the world is in need of strong words at times like this because in places like Ireland and all around Europe genocide is, indeed, being perpetrated.

The irish "government" through it's mechanations has delivered a "Magni Operis" a great work in which, very soon it will have been able to erase a 1000 year old culture from the face of the planet. A thing that has not been done by even the meanest of warlords, dictators or madmen in our most recent of histories on earth.

The people who wish to fight are given to avenue for their greivances. The Irish Courts and the International Courts both are doors slammed shut to them and all the while, stories of rape, assault, murder, eviction and supplantment are heard in a steady flood.

While things are blackest, there aer still some things that can be done to rally the people and preserve the culture. These things can and should be embraced inIreland as well as any country where the people are the last protector of a culture and a way of life.

So here is a starting point. It is not earth shattering and maybe it does not speak "truth to power" but it is a base point to rally from.

Best of luck. más mian leat síocháin, ullmhaigh don chogadh

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This white paper proposes the formal recognition of a new principle in international law: the Right to Civilizational Self-Defense, grounded in the reality that modern threats to peoples and nations are no longer limited to overt genocide or foreign military occupation, but now include demographic subversion, bureaucratic cultural engineering, and ideological displacement perpetrated by domestic or supranational regimes.

The traditional Westphalian model of sovereignty has failed to protect native populations from being replaced, erased, or rendered politically irrelevant by globalist policies, NGO-state alliances, and migration-based ideological colonization. As such, we propose a new framework rooted in the principle that nations, like individuals, have the right to exist and to defend themselves from annihilation — whether physical or cultural.

I. BACKGROUND: THE LIMITS OF EXISTING INTERNATIONAL LAW

  1. Genocide Convention (1948):

    • Focuses exclusively on physical destruction of national, ethnic, racial, or religious groups.

    • Deliberately omits cultural genocide (per objections by USSR and USA).

  2. UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (2007):

    • Non-binding.

    • Applies primarily to colonized or stateless groups — not native majorities under technocratic governments.

  3. Rome Statute of the ICC (1998):

    • Includes crimes against humanity, but requires extremely high thresholds.

    • No recognition of demographic manipulation as a method of mass harm.

  4. European Convention on Human Rights / UNESCO Conventions:

    • Offer heritage protection and minority rights.

    • Lack enforcement mechanisms and ignore cultural majorities.

II. THE NEW THREAT: IDEOLOGICAL AND DEMOGRAPHIC ERASURE

Modern states and global institutions engage in practices that constitute what we propose to define as "Cultural Attrition Warfare" — a form of non-kinetic civilizational assault. Tactics include:

  • Mass unconsented immigration leading to demographic irrelevance of the host nation.

  • Preferential allocation of state resources to foreign populations.

  • Criminalization of dissent by labeling indigenous cultural defense as "hate speech."

  • Manipulation of education, media, and law to delegitimize native identities and values.

These are not accidents. They form a pattern of organized ideological hostility to native cultures in the West and beyond.

III. PRINCIPLES OF A NEW DOCTRINE: CIVILIZATIONAL SELF-DEFENSE

We propose that international law recognize the following:

  1. Existence as a People Is a Human Right

    • A cultural, linguistic, or civilizational group has a right to exist in continuity on its ancestral land.

  2. Demographic Sovereignty Is a National Right

    • A people has the right to regulate who may settle in their territory in order to preserve cultural integrity.

  3. Ideological Subversion Constitutes a Form of Aggression

    • Deliberate importation of hostile worldviews meant to overwrite native values may constitute civilizational harm.

  4. Cultural Displacement Warrants International Scrutiny

    • When a government acts against its native people’s continuity, international bodies should be empowered to investigate and intervene.

  5. Legitimate Resistance Includes Civic, Legal, and Political Action

    • Peoples have the right to organize, petition, and resist policies aimed at their erasure.

IV. RECOMMENDED IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGIES

  1. Drafting of a New Convention:

    • Convention on the Protection of Civilizational Continuity and Cultural Sovereignty.

    • To be introduced by sympathetic member states (Hungary, Poland, conservative Latin American nations).

  2. Establishment of a Civilizational Rights Commission (CRC):

    • Parallel to existing UN bodies but focused on traditional cultures, heritage nations, and post-colonial identity protection.

  3. Legal Advisory Panels for Native Populations:

    • Provide legal defense and international advocacy for communities under ideological or demographic assault.

  4. Global Diaspora Coordination:

    • Mobilize diaspora communities to act as global amplifiers and legal surrogates for imperiled nations.

  5. Cultural Erasure Watchlist (CEW):

    • An annual international report documenting soft genocides, bureaucratic erasure, and cultural disenfranchisement.

V. CALL TO ACTION

We call upon:

  • Legal scholars

  • Indigenous and native European rights organizations

  • Cultural preservation NGOs

  • Diaspora networks

  • Faith-based institutions

...to endorse and refine this framework, with the goal of inserting Civilizational Self-Defense into the lexicon of international law, before it is too late.

As the mechanisms of global governance drift further from the interests of actual peoples, a new moral and legal order must rise — one that protects identity, continuity, and the right to remain who we are.

“A nation that cannot defend its culture will lose its soul before its borders.”
