The conservative wing of the Republican Party had already warned him that he would be looking for a job if he continued with funding of the Continuing Resolution and the dissing of his Republican fellows..
Now he finds himself in a fight for his job and the only way that he can get out of it is to cozy up to the Democrat Party and especially to one, Hakeem Jeffries, Minority Leader.
And for those of you who have a problem with procedure, the Congress is holding an Inquiry into Impeachment.
There are three parts of this:
Process
First, the House investigates through an impeachment inquiry.
Second, the House of Representatives must pass, by a simple majority of those present and voting, articles of impeachment, which constitute the formal allegation or allegations. ...
Third, the Senate tries the accused.
Which makes this all the more painful as it has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with the inquiry, but they just let her go. It's like no one knows what their job entails anymore?!?!
