It's going to be a rough winter/spring for convicted CFO Allen Weisselberg.

Not only was he convicted of running a payroll scam which he now has to make restitution to the tune of $2million dollars, but as the CFO of Donald Trump's company, the highly partisan DAs office is tacking on 5 months at Riker's Island.

That's quite a bit off time to give to a 75 year old, first time, non violent offender. Considering the overcrowded conditions and New York's usually frivolous sentencing guidelines
