WHAT SEEMS TO HAVE STARTED OUT AS A SIDESHOW TO THE KANYE/KIM DIVORCE AND CHILD CUSTODY STORY, SOMEHOW MORPHED INTO THE INDUSTRY RAMPAGING WITCH HUNT OF THE MOMENT.
Kanye West aka Ye made the mistake of mentioning something that was construed as anti-semitic. Within hours, he had lost 100's of millions of dollars in revenue, his sneaker contract, one of his clothing contracts and potentially his access to his children.
But that was not enough to bring the music and fashion icon to his knees. He remained unrepentant and would later double down on his rhetoric.
Meanwhile, back in Jersey. Kyrie Irving, standout player for the Brooklyn Nets, posts an innocuous Amazon film title on his social media. The film (which is still for sale on Amazon) causes such a furor that Kyrie was suspended, pending expulsion and had his Nike endorsement taken away. His cost was millions of dollars.
MAINSTREAM MEDIA MAKES A MISTAKE
The problem with all this dogpiling and witch hunting as well as the tone of the demands for contrition from these two celebrities finally hit a bad note with the black community. Especially when information about the Nets owner and his co-operation with Communist China
and the fact that Adidas was actually more worried about their home country's laws on dealing with antisemites and the extortion play being made by the AntiDefamation League than in breaking deals with YE.

They were still free to exploit third world workers because....
Around this time, YE was able to shed light on his observed situations over at Balenciaga and their unnatural fixation for fetishizing your children. This has NOT brought the media storm one would expect but as child grooming/porn/fetishizing is the new black, there you go..
So after a few weeks of hammering these two, the black community steps into the social media fray and starts to make it's presence known (all those consumer dollars!) and the Woke pack start to realize that this is not the walkover victory that they thought they would get so in desperation, they turn the cannons onto the last man to the picnic, comedian Dave Chapelle. We had hoped Dave had learned about trying to be the voice of reason with he whole Gay misunderstanding but.. No. Following the only funny episode of Saturday Night Live in decades, the knives came out.
From there on in it has been one crazy story after the other. Kanye was on Alex Jones info wars and did his best to get Baker Acted for perceived lunacy.
The movie that Kyrie Irving had arbitrarily posted has gone on to sell at an unprecedented rate (look it up yourself!) and a whole new generation has become exposed to the teachings of the Black Hebrew Israelites
Kanye/Ye is still on the trail to the truth after first consulting with Donald Trump and then asking the Donald to run as Ye's VP for a presidential run in Election2024.
Let's hope that all those people whose lives and fortunes were ruined by this whole Woke witch-hunt will remember the people who inflicted it upon them and others come election time.
Ye has since vanished, but when he surfaces, I will update you.
