(Ed note: the more one starts to explore the ever expanding world of the patriot and freedom lover in the United States, one continues to come across more and more groups, both private and civil. This is part of a series of reviews on these groups)
A number of people in Florida have become aware of the 917 Society due to it's recent January 28, 2023 Dinner at Mar a Lago. The event showcased political figures from Broward and Palm Counties as well as Guest Speaker Congressman Matt Gaetz(FL) and Featured Speaker Congressman mark Green (TN)
The goal of this 501(c)(3) charity, in it's own words:
"The 917 Society is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization with a passion to encourage young people to know their rights given to them by the U.S. Constitution as citizens.
Our organization is made up of people who care about our country. Anyone can join The 917 Society and help us ensure our youth are educated and celebrate our Constitution. We provide a lasting, durable pocket Constitution for every 8th grader in America free of charge in honor of September 17th – Constitution Day."
The group is highly successful. It has established chapters in most of the states in the USA and works on adding new and informative programs to it's core statement of supplying Constitutions.
On top of that, they have an excellent transparency rating (see below) so NO fake theories and magic potions being inserted in the message of the Founders.
